Who We Are

One Operator, Three Specialist Desks

North West Bulk Carriers started hauling for the mines around Vanderbijlpark in 2006. The fleet has grown to 227 vehicles and the routes now run to the Copperbelt.

Until now every commodity came through one dispatch desk. A chrome customer and a fertiliser customer waited in the same queue for the same planner.

The group structure ends that. Each division owns its commodity set, its fleet type and its own point of contact, so the person answering the phone already knows the load.

Accreditation stays across the whole group. RTMS covers load, mass and driver hours. SQAS covers chemical and industrial handling.
